|Recipe Name:||Hungarian Sausage and Potato Stew|

|Ingredients:||1 lb. Polish style sausage; 4 or 5 medium- sized potatoes, cubed; 1 medium onion, sliced or diced; paprika to taste; salt to taste; pepper to taste;1-2 quarts of water.NOTE: paprika should be the prodominent spice in this recipe.|
|Directions:||Bring water, spiced with paprika, salt, and pepper to a boil. Lower heat and add potatoes and onion. Cook till almost tender. Add sausage; cut up as desired; and cook covered for 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and meat is cooked through.Serve in bowls with desired bread.|
