Recipe Name:Italian Sausage and Portabello Mushrooms
From the Kitchen of:John Alexander
Ingredients:4 Portabello Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Koegel Italian Style Sausage
Directions:Cut mushrooms into strips and grill until soft (not mushy). Baste in Olive oil during grilling to enhance flavor.
Grill the Koegel Italian Style Sausage until fully heated and browned.

Server on your favorite bun or hard roll
for a delicious meal.

I like mustard on mine!
