|Directions:||Slowly boil or steam viennas.|
When water is lightly boiling, add enough saurkraut to cover Viennas when it is in a bun.
Bring back to a slow boil.
Remove Viennas from water/insert in bun.
Spread mustard/horse radish misture(50%/50%).
Cover with Saurkraut.
