Koegel's Recipes

Recipe Name:New York Style Dog
From the Kitchen of:Tony Gallart
Ingredients:Koegel Viennas
Deli Mustard
Directions:Slowly boil or steam viennas.
When water is lightly boiling, add enough saurkraut to cover Viennas when it is in a bun.

Bring back to a slow boil.
Remove Viennas from water/insert in bun.
Spread mustard/horse radish misture(50%/50%).
Cover with Saurkraut.
