|Ingredients:||1 Ring of Koegels Bologna|
4-5 Sweet Green Peppers
1-2 Medium Onions
|Directions:||Cut Green Peppers in 1 inch pieces.|
Cut onions similarly.
Place both in large frying pan and simmer until peppers and onions begin to soften. It's best to use a small amount of water rather than oil. The idea is to simmer the vegtables, not necessarily to fry them.
Cut Koegels Bologna into 1" cubes and add to pan.
Continue cooking until bologna is warmed through.
For those who are more adventurous, try adding one hot pepper to the mixture.
