|Ingredients:||1 1/2 lbs. Koegel's Bologna|
2 Large Spanish Sweet Onions
1 Green Pepper
7 Oz. Ketchup
2 1/2 cups Tomato Juice
1/2 Tsp. Red Pepper
2 Tsp. Chili Powder
|Directions:||Use meat grinder and grind bologna, onion and green pepper.|
Add all ingredients into sauce pan, bring to boil and then simmer for about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stirring ocasionally.
Let cool and place into serving containers then place into freezer until needed. ENJOY!
