|Ingredients:||Koegel hot dog wrapped in a flour tortilla.. deep fried at 350 deg. untill deep tan color on tortilla.|
|Directions:||I used this in my mexican restaurant back in 1987 in Largo Fl... It was a big success..... I called it the tiajuana dog..... Deep fried at 350 for about 2 minutes...... with the outer shell of a flour tortilla. it was both tastful and quick to prepare.....|
