|Ingredients:||1 32 oz jar sauerkraut (drained)|
1 8oz pkg. raw noodles
2 cans mushroom soup
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. diced onion
1 Tbs. mustard
1 1/2 Lbs. Polish sausage (sliced)
1 8oz sliced swiss cheese
8 slices dried crumbled rye bread
3 Tbs. melted butter
|Directions:||9 x 13 pan|
Place drained sauerkraut in bottom of pan. Follow with package of raw noodles. In a mixing bowl combine soup, milk, onion and mustard. Pour over noodles. Place sliced polish sausage next then cover with cheese slices. Place crumbled bread on top then drizzle with melted butter. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
